The HR Transformation Manager role will provide people partnering support and be a key change agent across several sub-functions within Group Product. The roles will act as the HR workstream lead on two large transformation programmes working between Sky and NBCUniversal (Comcast Group), looking at organisational design and change, culture and engagement.
