ICT Service Desk Analyst – 1st Line Support Inital 6 month contract with extension possibilities £15.66 per hour Hybrid 1 to 2 days per week in Offices based in Esher,Surrey 36 hours per week – Full Time
My Client are a Local Government organisation based in Esher, Surrey and are seeking a ICT Service Desk Analyst – 1st Line Support.
Essential Candidate Experience needed:
You will have the technical skill and experience of IT, telephony and mobile devices, including mobile device management (MDM)
You will have experience of Teams telephony, voicemail and call management systems, as well as support desk and customer contact.
You will also have strong communications skills, be equally as comfortable working in a team as on your own and where appropriate, you will be happy to ‘muck-in’ and support your colleagues.
Most of all, you will be a vital team member on the front line of our IT service delivery.
