ICT Support Analyst

Our client, an established business in the Woodford Green area, have an urgent requirement for a permanent ICT Support Analyst for a thriving IT department.

Duties and responsibilities to include:

• Technical Support
• Installing and configuring computer hardware including operating systems and applications
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and applications
• Testing and fixing faulty equipment, replacing parts as required
• Supporting users in the use of computer equipment

The ideal applicant must have experience in:

• 1st/2nd line desktop support role
• Windows 10/11
• Office 2016/365
• Outlook 2007/2010
• Networked printers
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP Network services
• Installing and configuring computer hardware

The ideal candidate will have experience in building and maintaining computer systems and call logging software. You must be an excellent team player but also have the ability to work alone.
