REED Business Support are actively recruiting on behalf of an established organisation for a permanent Income Officer.
As a Income Officer your duties will include but are not limited to:
– Action or challenge as appropriate Housing benefit overpayment invoices.
– Ensure that Universal credit verifications are actioned.
– Ensure that customers who are leaving are contacted.
– Review the credit report at set intervals as set by the companies procedures.
– Raise purchase orders.
– Action income reports.
