Infrastructure Team Lead| Devon | Paying £45,000 to £60,000

Lynx Recruitment Ltd are excited to partner with a rapidly growing IT Services Provider that are looking for an Infrastructure Team Lead to join the team.

As the Infrastructure Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization’s infrastructure systems. You will lead a team of talented infrastructure professionals and collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the smooth functioning of our technology infrastructure.

You will need to have the following requirements in order to apply for the role:

• Manage a team of infrastructure professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain the organization’s infrastructure systems, including networks, Servers and storage.
• Develop and enforce infrastructure standards, policies, and procedures to ensure optimal system performance, security, and availability.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in infrastructure technology, and provide strategic recommendations to improve the organization’s infrastructure capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of infrastructure systems, including networks, Servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching.
• Maintain and manage Firewalls (Cisco, Fortigate, Checkpoint) is desirable.
