Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse caseload of insolvency matters, including bankruptcies, liquidations, administrations, and restructuring.
• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, including creditors, debtors, directors, and insolvency practitioners.
• Manage all aspects of insolvency proceedings, including drafting legal documents, conducting negotiations, and representing clients in court.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless case management and maintain the highest standards of service delivery.
• Stay updated with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry developments to provide accurate and up-to-date advice.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience practicing insolvency law within a reputable law firm or corporate environment.
• Extensive knowledge of insolvency legislation, regulations, and best practices.
• Demonstrable experience in managing complex insolvency cases, including contentious matters.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate challenging legal situations.
• Qualified solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
• A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
