Ignata Finance is partnering with an exciting and well-known brand based in Shoreditch for the recruitment of an Interim Accountant! This would be a progressive role requiring someone with a well-rounded amount of experience in an Accountant based role. Ideally, you’d be part-qualified and immediately available. The role would have plenty of variety and most weeks will be different. Ranging from doing invoioces up to budgeting & Forecasting. As a Materniety cover, this would be a 6-9 month FTC with a good chance to go permenant afterwards. Key responsibilities of the role: Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable where needed. Maintaining company ledgers Reconciliation of company bank accounts (4 in total) Experience in matching, batching and coding Preparing information for auditors Recording financial transactions Accruals and prepayments Budgeting and forecasting. Completion of Month end through to trial balance Any additional duties management may setThe successful candidate will be: Team player – working closely with colleagues within the department and across other functions. Able to work in a fast-paced environment AAT/ACCA/CIMA studying (preferred) Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail Experience in Excel and other Microsoft packages
