Chase and Holland Recruitment Ltd Interim Accounts Assistant – Sheffield – £24,000 – £25,000An exciting client who is experiencing rapid growth is keen to recruit for an interim Accounts Assistant to their Sheffield site. This role will have a mixture of purchase and sales ledger responsibilities and will allow for close working in the existing small finance team. There is potential for this role to progress to become a full-time position. Package & Benefits:

Accounts Assistant Responsibilities:
Assist Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger – Receive Supplier Invoices, check & process through to SAP
Monitoring of AP email inbox
Process Bulk supplier invoices & credit notes
Draft Credit Note production and resolution
Supplier account reconciliations
Prepare payments to be added to the banking system
Bulk invoice tracking & payment process
Bulk Raw material receipts
Create & analyse monthly sales data for ecommerce business in excel
Production of Amazon sales information
Creation of Sales invoices & Credit Notes from SAP
Processing of the EU warehouse stock transfers & queries
Processing of customer returns on SAP
Support Finance Manager with Cashflow forecasting
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience of sales, purchase and general ledger management
Understanding of the management accounts process and producing financial information/reports
Developed analytical ability
IT literate, competent user of Microsoft Office and accounting systems
Experience with SAP or similar accounting software
Team player & excellent people skills
