You will partner with the new CEO, who is an industry veteran, to set up the business as a stand-alone entity post carve-out. You will implement new systems, processes, and controls to professionalise the finance function as a solid foundation for future inorganic growth plans.

You will be joining an extremely fast-paced and collaborative environment, with the opportunity to work in their new state of the art offices in London. The role will require a candidate to provide highly insightful financial/business analytics and recommendations, working cross-functionally with stakeholders in Finance, Operations and Marketing to provide data-driven reports. In the short term, you will report directly into the CFO and liaise with the internal finance function, with the longer-term scope to scale-up an inhouse Data & Analytics practice.

The Role
The role requires an experienced and accomplished candidate with previous CFO and private equity experience. Significant knowledge and application of M&A, buy & build, PE exit and multi-site processes is crucial to the alignment of this position. Additional understanding of debt/leverage & governance is preferable.
