Your Company:NET Recruit are delighted to be partnering with a digital solutions business to support them in their search for an Interim Finance Business Partner to join the team located in the Greater Weymouth area for a contractual period of up to 18 months to cover a period of maternity leave. This will be a collaborative role, where the position holder will be able to work on both business-as-usual and also project work where it is required to support the business as it needs, to meet an ever-changing environment.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWhile in this position your duties may include but are not limited to: Collaborating with management on the annual budget plans and forecasting, providing insightful data and reports for this purpose Participating in the financial forecasting process by providing periodical relevant information and tracking variances Reviewing the monthly rolling forecast and providing feedback and variance analysis, challenging the business to understand consequences relating to this Producing a commentary of business results, providing feedback, analysis and reviewing business KPIs to influence appropriate improvements Creating monthly analysis of revenue, margins and costs Meeting submission deadlines for periodical closing activities Supporting senior management with financial and commercial information and data, to aid in important business decision making Working on ad-hoc projects when required, including projects relating to systems and process developmentWhat you will need to Apply:The business is seeking a dedicated and ambitious professional with previous experience related to this role, particularly within financial analysis and business partnering. You should additionally be at least part qualified in business or accounting or have enough experience to be considered ‘qualified by experience’. As well as this, you should have very strong Microsoft Office knowledge and skills, especially with Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent organisational abilities and a proactive approach to your work is essential to be successful within this role, as well as outstanding analysis abilities and good communication skills.As this is an interim role, you must be available immediately or within a short period of time and be happy to accept a contract position.What you will get in Return:The company is offering a competitive salary for the successful candidate, dependent on previous experience and knowledge.
