This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and knowledgeable Projects Manager to join our organisation and manage our internal Projects function. We are looking for this individual to support our business growth and drive us forward for future success. You will do this by harnessing the passion of our people and technology advancements to support our transformational journey and ambition. This transformation role is high profile and fundamental to ensuring that the business objectives and initiatives are realised. You will be working with senior stakeholders in the business, ensuring critical business projects are well defined, justified and successfully managed to enable the realisation of the benefits stated in the business case. The role will involve: Leading the project to ensure deliverables are achieved and that it links in with the overall programme objectives and timeframes. Accountable for defining, delivering and embedding all assigned projects Define and manage project scope, time, quality, cost, resourcing, stakeholders & comms, decisions and outcomes. Define and manage project governance framework and structure including decisions required. Develop and maintain a project plan and milestones to ensure project objectives are met Track project progress and compile project status reports Responsible for inputting into business case approval tasks and then delivering the project Work effectively with the other project team members to ensure a drum-beat is created to drive progress, robust decisions, and outcomes Leadership across project to ensure the behavioural and cultural benefits of transformation programmes are compelling and embedded. Support engagement, communication messages, flow and timing to both people and stakeholders. Support the development and communication of the case for change What do we need from you? Proven track record of successful delivery of business-wide projects in telecommunications, or consultancy, ideally within operational environment. Ability to identify and measure business performance improvement opportunities through robust and logical problem solving, strategic, analytical and financial evaluation skills. Implemented change of an end to end process – ideally an operating model or cost transformation change programme Good business acumen Excellent attention to detail alongside first class organisational skills Experienced at developing and translating business strategies and ideas into detailed approaches, tactical plans and business cases Demonstrated ability to positively influence and work collaboratively with all levels of an organisation to achieve improved business outcomes Excellent interpersonal skills both verbally and in writing Relevant qualification in project management.
