My client is currently looking for an IT support manager to join them on a permanent basis. My client provides a flexible hybrid working environment but does want a candidate who has the flexibility to travel to other sites at times.

Role

The role of the candidate is to be responsible for owning the definition, implementation, support and maintenance of all end user matters for the platform, systems and applications, through design and deployment of solutions as necessary. The End User Services Manager will have a solid background working within a busy IT team, with experience in supporting technical solutions, In addition, as part of this role the individual will be expected to deal with critical system issues as and when they occur, being willing to do technical work if required.
You must have the relevant technical knowledge and strong experience of troubleshooting and problem solving within a busy IT department. You will be running a team of 15 users over the multiple sites based in the UK and abroad. The ideal candidate is an individual who can both lead as well as be hands on and can provide guidance to the team.

• Microsoft 365 experience
• Prior experience with leading a team
• Learning and Development
• Understanding and experience with virtualization with Citrix
• Budget management (inc. licensing)
