You’ll provide first class 3rd line technical support, manage a team of 4 technical support people and help turn strategic direction into tactical plans, making a meaningful impact across a number of high profile technology projects.
The opportunity
You’ll work closely with IT Engineering, Corporate Services and other groups to implement a high quality of IT Services to users. You will interact with users and management to provide excellent customer service across hardware, software and applications. You will also manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring they finish on time and to budget.
You will be joining a high performaing team with a team focused culture. Everyone helps if someone is in need and there are no politics or finger pointing if something goes wrong.
What we’re looking for
You’re an exceptional Lead IT Technician, with a proven track record in IT Infrastructure Positions.
You will have good technical knowledge in the following areas:
– Microsoft Windows 10 endpoint life cycle via MS SCCM, Autopilot, GPO, Intune and Azure AD
– Mac OS 10.10x (and later) managed endpoints
– Microsoft Office 365/Office 2016 and Active Directory Administration
– Application Packinging and Powershell or VB Scripting
You’ll help build and shape your team, with responsibility for recruitment and growth that requires effective communication and leadership skills. By sharing your knowledge and mentoring talent, you’ll help to develop the next generation of IT Technicians.
