As an IT Support Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our Army Customers, delivering great customer service. Join a great team at Aspire Defence Services As an IT Support Administrator your main responsibility is to provide effective IT administration and support to the military UK Firmbase. To do this, you ll have to be proactive, able to think of solutions before others and stay focused on the most important tasks at hand. Within your role you can expect to: Use MoD specific software and to assist with maintaining the look and feel of the Regional Command (RC) 2 , Home Command (HC) 3 and Standing Joint Command UK (SJC(UK 1 active SharePoint sites. Provide IT technical support Deliver excellent customer service to all clients and customers Be confident in using all Microsoft Office Packages, especially SharePpoint In addition, you will have full contact with and support from an ADSL supervisor and a great team, whose sole aim is to provide you with everything you need to be great at your job. You must have 3 GCSE s (or equivalent), Computer Sciences included within qualifications would be desirable but not essential.
