Responsibilities:

Lead IT Workstream
Provide ongoing IT support
Address issues as they occur
Face-to-face training sessions
Test systems to meet operational requirements prior to them going live
Support testing for system upgrades and developments for smooth transitions
First point of contact during project go-live
Provide out-of-hours support for project-related issues and large change requests
Maintain and update documentation

Requirements:

Knowledgeable about Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Understanding of wireless technologies.
Experience in change control processes.
Capable decision-maker with strong problem-solving abilities.
Previous IT project management experience
Proficient in working with office products.
