On-site scheduled Technician Days carrying out 1st / 2nd Line Support Tasks
Respond to Helpdesk requests both on site and remotely
Server/ Network Troubleshooting
Hardware and software repairs
Deployment of hardware and software
Carry out network documentation and reporting
Assisting with customer sales requests
Provide technical guidance and support to schools
Logging, investigating and resolving user support cases
Fixing and installing hardware and software
Management of active directory
Management of Office 365 and G-Suite
Creating and rolling out software and security policies site wide
Performing updates and patches for servers and management information system software
Firewall administration including configuration of rules
Mobile device management.
Liaising with management teams to define and plan IT projects in line with the organisation’s strategy
Delivering monthly status reports regarding progress of IT projects and support cases to management teams
