My client, an industry leading in the Telecomms space, are looking for an experienced JIRA Consultant to join their business on an initial 3 month contract.

1) Manage administration and maintenance of JIRA and integrations with confluence to ensure maximum efficiency

2) Devise strategies to optimise JIRA and configure complex workflows which lead to reduction in system errors

3) Design custom JIRA workspaces as per tribe and squad requirements

4) Train staff on using Jira in compliance with Data & AI standards

5) Work with Scrum Masters and Technical Delivery Manager creating a standard JIRA board that will multiple squads

6) Create a Portfolio dashboard that provides an aggregated/executive summary view of the status and health of all Use Cases
