As a Junior Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role within the team. You will support the companies experienced Paraplanners & Financial Advisers delivering a comprehensive service to ensure the firms clients receive the best possible outcomes. You will work within a friendly & professional team where you will be provided with full/high quality on the job training and support, you will work with an Administration team who will support you – this will allow you to focus on more technical tasks and training.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of client reports and financial plans under the guidance of senior Paraplanners.
Conduct research and analysis to gather relevant information for financial planning recommendations.
Collaborate with the advisory team to ensure accurate and compliant documentation.
Support the implementation and ongoing monitoring of client investment portfolios.
Stay up to date with industry regulations, products, and market trends.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and respond to their queries in a timely manner.
Engage in continuous professional development, including pursuing relevant market exams.
Requirements:
A strong interest in the financial planning industry and a desire to build a successful career in this field.
Previous experience within an IFA Administration or Trainee/Junior Paraplanner capacity.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
A willingness to pursue relevant market exams and further professional qualifications.
