Junior Procurement Lead – Award-Winning FinTech Organisation – West Yorkshire – £30,000 – £40,000 + Bonus + CIPS Sponsorship – Hybrid

This Award-Winning FinTech Organisation have skyrocketing growth rates, a plethora of newly acquired partnerships and a successful procurement function. They are looking for an Indirect Procurement Lead with an ambition to lead, showcase their existing skillset and take ownership of their current IT Procurement process and procedures.

As an Junior Procurement Lead, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading on the creation, implementation, and onboarding of tactical procurement procedures with suppliers.
• Effectively collaborating with the wider procurement function on internal projects.
• Analysing tactical procurement contacts for sign-off by ensure they are compliant.
• Managing the renewals and extensions of existing contracts.
• Overseeing the organisation’s intranet guide and procurement procedures.

A great Junior Procurement Lead will have the following experience and skills:

• Inquisitive to find solutions to issues that may arise.
• Prior experience with analysing procurement contracts.
• Great organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and coordinate workloads.
• A degree in Business, Engineering or Finance.
• Adept skills in using MS Office, (PowerPoint, Excel Word).
