Note: Applicants MUST live within fifteen minutes of the location to be considered for the role

Time: Varies slightly between venues but circa 08:30 am – 12:15 pm

Little Kickers North Surrey is looking for mature and experienced Lead sports coaches!

If you are experienced coaching or working with children, confident, patient, outgoing, 100% reliable, and have a genuine desire to offer young children a positive introduction to sport then we would love to hear from you!

You need boundless enthusiasm & energy plus a winning personality to effectively coach football to children aged 18 months to 8 years old.

What Little Kickers Offer:

The successful candidate will be fully trained by Little Kickers via online training, coach shadowing, and practical coaching assessments. Little Kickers coaches are contracted to work at the same venue every week which gives you the opportunity to build rapport with both children and parents. We also offer overtime hours subject to availability on a variety of days.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Plan and Lead fun sessions
Ensure the safety of children attending
Complete registers for all classes
Communicate with parents and answer questions relating to their child
Have exceptional customer service
Be professional, punctual, and reliable
Communicate with the other coach(es) and work as a team
Communicate with the line manager to complete admin tasks

Minimum Requirements:

Previous sports coaching or experience working with young children is a MUST
Excellent verbal communication skills
Be a loud presence and confident leading in front of children and adults
Be physically fit for this role
Football coaching experience is a plus but not mandatory.
A driver’s licence and own car is not essential, but preferred.

Although based mainly at one of those venues, successful candidates will ideally also be able to travel to different locations if required
