Are you an experienced KS1 or Lower KS2 Teacher looking for an outstanding opportunity in Salford? Tradewind Manchester is currently recruiting for two long-term, full-time positions at a brilliant Primary School starting in September. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate KS1 Teacher with excellent behaviour management and communication skills. Key Responsibilities As an outstanding KS1 or Lower KS2 Teacher at our school, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and fostering a positive learning environment. You will inspire and motivate your students, ensuring their academic, social, and emotional development. Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the needs of all students
• Implementing effective behavior management strategies to maintain a positive classroom environment
• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to facilitate growth
• Collaborating with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive team
• Building strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider community
• Engaging in continuous professional development and staying up to date with the latest educational practices

Requirements To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Hold QTS or QTLS status
• Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks
• Provide a comprehensive CV detailing your employment and education history, including any employment breaks
• Have the legal right to work in the UK
