Responsibilities:Outbound calls
B2B Calls only.
Introduce a range of products and services.
Upgrading their existing product/service, potentially offering add-on services
Book an appointment for the technical sales team to meet with them.
Administration
Administration duties, upkeep of data and managing accounts are required in our CRM system.
The company databases must be kept up to date and diarising appointments is essential.
Outbound communication to promote services whilst building and retaining relationships.
