Page Personnel are recruiting for a Legal Cashier to join a company based in Otley, Leeds. The client is a leading law firm working in Commercial Property. They are a small team and are looking to bring in a new Legal Cashier to work with the firms finance team, and tasked with processing accounts transactions.

Description

• Taking responsibility for a company’s financial matters and interests.
• Consulting with clients, law firms, and businesses on financial concern.
• Scrutinising large transactions.
• Assisting in the planning of a business or client’s financial strategies.
• Recording all transactions in the appropriate manner.
• Dealing with clients when receiving payments.
• Keeping track of all banking on a daily basis and managing the accounts system.
• Dealing with all invoices and ensuring they are paid on time.
• Ensuring the efficient operation of the firms PAYE scheme.

Profile

• Legal Cashier experience/basics in bookkeeping
• Excellent communication skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Excellent problem solving
• Up to date IT Skills

Job Offer

• Up to £25,000 salary
• Free on site parking
• Monday to Friday 9-5 working hours
• Small friendly team
