Life Insurance Adviser

Full-time, Permanent – Stroud

Competitive Salary plus uncapped commission

My clientis looking forLife Insurance Adviser to jointheirgrowingteam. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on private medical insurance policies and managing a portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice to clients on life insurance policies, explaining the benefits and coverage of various policies.
• Identify clients’ needs and recommend policies that meet their requirements.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining relationships with them.
• Keep up to date with changes in the industry and advise clients accordingly.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering any queries or concerns they mayhave.
• Ensure that all paperwork and documentation is accurate and up todate.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Attend training sessions and conferences to improve knowledge and skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meettargets.
• Attention to detail andaccuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of ateam.
• Good knowledge of life insurance policies and the UK insurance market
• Ability to maintain a positive and professionalattitude.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education:

• A-levels or equivalent

Certification:

• Certification in Insurance (CII)desirable
