In this role, you will play a pivotal part in selling our client’s vaccines into the UK market and providing exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers.As a Vaccine Account Executive, you will manage outbound interactions with customers and enquiries from third parties, proactively promote our client’s range of licensed products, and generate sales opportunities. You will work a Hybrid role from our Head Offices in Ashby-de-la-Zouch.Responsibilities include: Selling our range of vaccines to current and new customers Responding to incoming calls and emails from customers Handling queries and complaints, providing solutions and follow up to ensure resolution on a timely basis and to the satisfaction of the customer. Analysing and interpreting customer account data to determine level of customer service and proactively identify future customer needs Generating sales leads to be followed up by the Contact Centre or Field based sales teams as appropriate Coordinating communication with all stakeholders across the business to ensure all business leads or interests are dealt with effectively and efficiently in a timely manner Ensuring all activities are conducted in accordance with the current ABPI Code of Practice where relevantQualifications and skills required: Educated to graduate level in relevant life sciences or business/commercial course Confident IT user Evidence of good written and spoken English Demonstrable track record in achieving business related targets Positive customer service attitudeBackgroundAt Inizio Engage you’ll find a challenging, fast-paced and rewarding environment, but also one that’s caring, nurturing and supportive.
