It’s an exciting time at TUI. This role (and the rest of the team) is brand new and reports directly to the Loyalty Programme Director. Together we will be developing a new loyalty proposition that commercially leverages our 30m customer base and drives value and recognition for our customers. We need to ensure our loyalty scheme is backed by technology that has all the right features to ensure our customers feel valued and recognised. In a nutshell this is the ownership of the delivery and ongoing management of leading technology that supports the loyalty vision including designing requirements, the RFP and vendor selection

ABOUT THE JOB
Running a loyalty technology RFP, defining key use cases and criteria for the winning solution, scoring each solution against the criteria, aligning key stakeholders to the right solution and awarding the contract
Working closely with the Proposition Managers to ensure the technology can provide all aspects of the customer loyalty proposition
Working closely with the Technology team (Solution Architect and Technical PM) to define the right technology required to support the customer proposition
Working closely with the Commercial Performance Manager to understand costs and define ongoing budget required to run the technology solution
Once the technology is in place, ensuring the ongoing smooth operation of the technology including managing any issues with business stakeholders
ABOUT YOU
Experienced in selecting and operationalising a new technology system (preferably but not necessarily a CRM system)
Experienced in running an RFP process
Confident in raising issues and being proactive to fix them
Confident and experienced in stakeholder management at both junior and senior levels
