Some responsibilities include:

• Using your knowledge and skills to support with general day to day maintenance.
• Working alongside the Manager you will maintain the internal and external aspects of the resort.
• Supporting with the planned programme of maintenance.
• Have a H&S focus. This will include supporting the resort with their H&S compliance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Good general property maintenance knowledge and skills.
• Previous experience as a Maintenance Assistant or experience with pools and pool plant.
• Relevant qualifications such as NVQ/Diploma/City & Guilds and Health & Safety/NEBOSH certificates are advantageous but not essential.
