Our client is a fast growing business based in Banstead seeking and interim management accountant to join their team.

Description

• Producing accurate and timely management accounts, providing essential financial information for decision-making.
• Conducting thorough analysis of financial data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Preparing insightful commentary and reports that effectively communicate financial performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes, contributing to the development and monitoring of financial plans.
• Monitoring financial performance, assessing variances against budgets, and recommending corrective actions to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and implement best practices.

Profile

• ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualified accountant (QBE considered).
• Immediate availability and ability to work at the company offices five days a week.
• Proven track record of producing accurate and timely management accounts.
• Familiarity with the construction sector is beneficial, though not essential.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse financial data and identify trends.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
