We are seeking a Network Support Manager, working within EV (Electric Vehicle) charging infrastructure, based in London on a hybrid basis. Fourblue have teamed up with a leading independent EV (Electric Vehicle) charging infrastructure development company. A distinguished player in the EV charging market with the ability to provide partners with fully funded bespoke technology and service solutions. With a core mission to address the challenges faced by charge point operators (CPOs) and landlords in rolling out networks of rapid and ultra-fast EV charging stations in the UK. As a Network Support Manager you will have overall responsibility for managing a portfolio electric vehicle charging infrastructure across the UK. Responsibilities of the Network Support Manager: Overall network performance Management of our Charge Point Management and related systems Monitoring charger availability Working with our Charge Point Operators (CPO) partners to solve availability issues Managing support tickets and working with our equipment suppliers, staff and contractors to solve issues Remotely supporting Field Service Engineers during commissioning, fault finding and maintenance activities Overall responsible for reporting / MI and analysis of all aspects of our charging infrastructure Criteria for the Network Support Manager: Previous experience with in EV or Energy industry Knowledge of back-office platforms and customer operations Experience with using a charge point management system such as Driivz or HyperLog Analytical and confident in using multiple IT systems If you are a Network Support Manager looking to join this fast paced market, get in touch or apply with your C.V
