We are seeking a Mediation Co-ordinator to join our service. You will support with the provision of the Together Trust Special Education Needs & Disability (SEND) Mediation and Disagreement Resolution Service (MDRS). The Mediation Co-ordinator is a varied and interesting role and will be the first point of contact for enquiries and referrals to the service.
You will provide mediation advice, take detailed case notes from families/young people, liaise with local authorities, schools, other professionals and mediators in order to arrange meetings.
A flexible approach is required for this position along with the ability to work independently and use initiative when undertaking tasks.
Safeguarding children and vulnerable people is a priority for all employees.
Working Pattern – 30 hours worked over a 4-day week.
Starting Salary – £17,026.40 which has been pro-rated to working hours.
Full time equivalent salary is £21,283.00.
Location – Hybrid role with the office base being the Newbridge Centre, Stockport
