We are working with a prestigious Design agency who are seeking a talented Midweight Designer to join their dynamic team. As a Midweight Designer, you will play a vital role in the heart of the agency’s design output, driving projects forward with your exceptional creative solutions. You will be relied upon to deliver work of the highest standard while answering design briefs with innovative ideas.

Responsibilities:

• Generate ideas and create captivating and original creative work that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Provide valuable input across all stages of a project, from initial immersion and strategy development to creative expression and implementation.
• Prepare and present work, showcasing a strong ability to articulate and communicate design concepts effectively. Additionally, contribute to materials for pitches, presentations, and workshops.
• Demonstrate a commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining punctuality, taking responsibility for project timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with team members across design and client services teams, fostering a supportive and cohesive work environment to achieve collective goals.
• Display initiative and leadership qualities, actively contributing to the growth and success of the team and agency.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers to ensure the delivery of high-quality materials and services.
• Participate in immersion trips with design teams to gather primary research for projects, showing a willingness to travel and adapt to various client locations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Designer within a creative agency or similar environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and ability to provide innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts to both internal teams and clients.
• A proactive and organized approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
