Want to be part of this? Were currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Painter/Decorator to join our large, professional Trades team.

What youll achieve in the role:

The overall purpose of this role is to carry out repairs, improvements and new building works, both for Raven properties and other customers, including commercial work. Key responsibilities include:

Undertaking painting and decorating services both responsive and planned maintenance with a strong customer focus.Working as an individual or as part of a team on a range of building maintenance work from minor repairs to larger one-off projects.Stocking/maintaining a works vehicle and using our online scheduling system and hand-held devices.

What youll bring to Raven:

For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

City & Guilds/NVQ trade qualification or appropriate experience in relevant trades.Competency in all aspects of painting and decorating, plus other construction trades.Experience of working as a trades operative in a strongly customer focused environment.Ability to use modern communication technology and IT, plus a full driving licence.

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
