£32,000 – £37,000 (dependant on experience) plus benefits
Our client is a major brand in the flexible and shared office space industry with 60 buildings across London and are in need of an IT Client Engineer to join their existing and established team.
The culture is relaxed with each building having a different theme, but they are focused and passionate about what they do.
Their Client Engineering team is not your typical IT Support or Networking Support team. There is a separate IT Support Team and their Network Infrastructure is managed by a 3rd party.
The Client Engineering Team is responsible for making sure their clients equipment connects to the internal WiFi and Network, this will include all devices.
You will be responsible for 8-10 buildings across London, covering the following:

This is a Client Facing role, so experience of working in a Client Facing role previously is essential.
This is a 24/7 Support team providing in-hours BAU support role with some planned out of hours work.
