Job Role: Nightshift Machine Operative – Training Offered! Location: Milton Keynes, BuckinghamshireSalary: £24,000-£30,000 per annum + OvertimeHours: Sunday – Thursday, 22.00 – 06.00 (8 Hour Shift)

Job Type: Full time, permanentThe client:Interaction Recruitment have partnered with a rapidly expanding and rewarding corrugated packaging manufacturer with sites based around the UK. Due to expansion and a successful start to 2023, we are supporting the growth of this client through offering the opportunity for several skilled & trainee machine operators to join there comprehensive training plan on a full time, permanent basis.

The Package:

– 28 days inclusive of public holidays (Increasing Annually with years of service), 25 days overall.

– Comprehensive training & development structure, inclusive of pay increases & internal promotions (Up to £4,000 increase on an annual basis)

– Annual profit share bonus (£500 – £1,200 per annum)

– Overtime available paid at enhanced rate

The Role:

– Participate in training & development to learn how to operate the on site manufacturing machinery.

– Maintain a clean & tidy work environment

– Ensure the products are produced to a high quality industry standard while complying with company health and safety procedures

– Work to Key Performance indicators to meet bonus targets

Requirements:

– Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 20kg

– An eagerness to learn & develop within a rewarding organisation

– Ability to work alone and as part of a team with minimum supervision

– A good level of communication ability

– Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or a similar machining role
