Position: Early Years Educator

Location: Stockwell, London

Are you passionate about early childhood education? Do you enjoy working with young children and shaping their early learning experiences? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dedicated team as an Early Years Educator at a Primary School in Stockwell.

Responsibilities:

Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 3 to 5 years.

Plan, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate activities and lessons.

Provide individualized support and guidance to meet the diverse needs of each child.

Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Monitor and assess children’s progress and maintain accurate records.

Collaborate with the Early Years team to ensure consistent and effective teaching practices.

Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Comply with school policies, procedures, and safeguarding guidelines.

Requirements:

Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or a related field (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education).

Experience working with young children in a nursery, preschool, or primary school setting.

Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for working with children and supporting their holistic development.

Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.
