We are recruiting for a Room Leader who will also act as Third in Charge to work at a quality driven early years setting in Windsor, Berkshire.

The role is a permanent full time position (40hrs) working Monday to Friday.

What you need for the Room Leader /Third in Charge role in Windsor, Berkshire

Excellent understanding of the EYFS, FBV and Safeguarding
Minimum Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent or higher
Experience of managing a small team of nursery nurses. We are happy to consider senior nursery nurses who are looking to step up to the next level of their career

Providing a safe, nurturing and educational environment for children in early years
Leading a small team of Practitioners
Deputising when required
Leading on planning
