County Foods an established Catering Butchers based in Poole, are currently seeking to fulfil the new post of Office Administrator. Working across 4 departments; Sales, Accounts, Quality Assurance and Purchasing you will assist the teams with various administrative tasks. This is an office-based role and involves prioritising work as well as liaising with Managers with regards to tasks and deadlines. This is a varied role and is suitable for someone who is either looking to strengthen their administrative skills or someone who would like to take the first step into working within an office environment. The role requires you to be highly organised, have strong communication skills which includes clear and accurate spoken and written English plus good knowledge of Microsoft programs including Outlook, Excel, and Word. You must also be able to accurately update popular Social Media sites, these include Facebook and Instagram. Data input is involved in this role therefore accuracy is vital. A key aspect of the role also includes answering and replying to calls and emails which includes forwarding on clear messages. This role is full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday, 8am till 4pm. Ideally, we are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team but can also work independently prioritising tasks.
