Property Advisory Services Ltd are an engineering and lift consultancy providing both technical and property management advice to managing agents, property owners, property managers, landlords and occupiers. As a result of maternity leave, we are looking for an Office Administrator to join our current admin team to assist with the support provided to Directors to Consultants. The ideal candidate will assist with the organisation and efficiency of both the M&E and lift department operations. From document compilation, tender analysis, scheduling meetings, to communicating between departments and various clients, they will be responsible for completing various tasks in a professional and timely manner. Responsibilities Typing and formatting of reports, asset registers and lifecycle reports Minute taking for internal meetings Compiling of maintenance and project tender documents Maintenance and project tender analysis Diary Management, arranging meetings, site visits/inspections and events for Directors and team members Call handling, liaising and assisting with client phone calls Keeping an updated filing system. Ordering of office stationary and other supplies as necessary Assist with upkeep of internal business management system, reviewing and issuing of controlled documents Qualifications/Experience Intermediate level of Word and Excel Proficient with other Microsoft Office programs Outlook, PowerPoint Diary management skills using Outlook calendar Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task, organise and prioritise work
