My Leading Tech client are looking for a OneReach Chat Bot SME to implement OneReach into the business. Alongside the development team, you’ll be required to migrate the data from the current system, implement new processes and ensure the customer journey is efficient.

This is a brand new project, within an excellent team!

The following skills/experience is essential:

• Strong OneReach experience
• Implementation and customer journey
• Stakeholder management skills
• Good communication skills

Rate: Up to £600/day

Duration: 6 months +

Location: Remote (occasional visit to their London office)
