Salary:
£30,000.00 – £35,000.00 per annum, plus benefits (_Depending on Experience)_

Qualifications/Experience:
– GCSE Maths & English at Grade C/Level 4
– Cert CII / Level 3 qualification in relevant field
– Knowledge of broker software platforms
– Highly Proficient in Excel
About the Role:
Lloyd & Whyte are pleased to be recruiting for an Operational Development Consultant to join our growing team. The successful person will be integral in assisting with the successful delivery of the Operational Development plan, ensuring project integrity and delivering efficiencies, all in support of the wider business strategy. The ideal candidate will have a solid background and knowledge the insurance industry, be familiar with various broker software platforms and highly competent in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve individual objectives and key performance indicators as set and agreed
Identify & coordinate the implementation of all product, process, training, efficiency and system changes to the Group liaising with key stakeholders as required
Report and record all post roll-out efficiency gains and learnings
Compile accurate and timely communication to all project stakeholders and colleagues
Understand the overall business strategy and assist in the delivery of its goals
Conduct documentation changes and improvements across the business and proactively make recommendations to improve the overall quality of our client contact strategy
Review and action the learnings from all quarterly underwriting product audits highlighting improvement to the management teams
Contribute to and project manage a variety of departmental and strategic projects
Adhere to all Company, regulatory and compliance guideline requirements
Provide a professional service ensuring an operational efficiency culture exists
Obtain and maintain the core day to day processing procedures for all areas of the Group
Maintain own technical competence with an in depth knowledge of all relevant products, market trends and insurer guidelines to effectively assist with referrals and handle a variety of complex work for all Group business
Develop knowledge of all operating systems and processes to support all areas of the Group
