• A leader who can engage the system to diagnose, design and deliver organisational design and organisational development interventions using consultancy skills.
• Contributes to the creation and deployment of an internal OD consultancy service.
• Get involved in leading and delivering cultural change interventions by working with a range of change specialists across our integrated model for change (STaR – Strategic Transformation and Redesign). Represent the Trust at external meetings, OD network award events and initiatives
