A leader who can engage the system to diagnose, design and deliver organisational design and organisational development interventions using consultancy skills.
Contributes to the creation and deployment of an internal OD consultancy service.
Get involved in leading and delivering cultural change interventions by working with a range of change specialists across our integrated model for change (STaR – Strategic Transformation and Redesign). Represent the Trust at external meetings, OD network award events and initiatives
