Overall Purpose
The Outsourcing department is responsible for our client’s back-office finance function. We will typically maintain sales and purchase ledgers, prepare monthly management accounts and VAT returns, manage bank accounts, and, in some cases, raise payments on behalf of clients. We consider ourselves to be an extension of our client’s in-house teams, and every staff member is expected to manage client relationships.
Working as a member of the Outsourcing team, the role will be a varied mixture of duties for various clients. Responsible for providing a high-quality outsourced service to our clients on a full-time basis, it is imperative that you are flexible over month end as there are several tight deadlines during the first week of the month.
