Adhere to the company’s engagement and delivery processes for Professional Services, collaborating closely with the Project Manager.
Engage with customers across various time zones.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.

Paragon-specific Automation Role
Required Skills:
Proficient understanding of REST API concepts, including GET, POST, PUT, DELETE, etc.
Experience with Kubernetes and cloud deployment technologies.
Familiarity with container networking in Docker.
Ability to parse data structures in XML, JSON (ideally with XPATH or JSONPATH), and YAML.
Experience in Agile development.
Proficiency in using Jira or a similar tool to create work breakdowns and track project delivery.
Experience with Paragon Pathfinder – AKA – Northstar or MPLSView or WANDL
Beneficial/Nice-to-have Skills:
Knowledge of Kafka.
Familiarity with Cisco IOS.
Understanding of OpenConfig.
Familiarity with GNMI (gRPC Network Management Interface).
Knowledge of Robot Framework and familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) concepts.
Proficiency in Python development.
Experience with CI/CD-based software development.
