RIBA Chartered Wide range of projects Over 55 employeesPart 2 Architectural Assistant Harrogate £26k – £30k Konker is recruiting for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a leading architectural practice in Harrogate. Due to continued growth year on year, this RIBA practice has recently opened a new office in Manchester, but their Head Office remains in North Yorkshire.They currently employ 57 staff, and the plan is to be at 75 staff by the end of 2024. This will include taking on 10 staff in Manchester for 2023.In North Yorkshire, they are a leading RIBA practice and have recently been voted employer of the year, within regional business awards with credit to their diversity, culture, and inclusion as an employer. This is shown through employing people from over 15 different nationalities and 20 speaking countries.As a practice they work all over the UK, designing and delivering on projects. They work within a variety of sectors, and you will never be fixed to just one sector. Instead, you can find yourself working on Commercial, Residential, Logistics and Retail projects.The practice has some core believes which includes working with BIM and the latest industry technologies whilst making all projects as sustainable as possible. They have a family feel to it with people being the heart of everything they do.As the Part 2 Architectural Assistant you will be involved in projects from inception through to completion, developing ideas for clients. You will also be producing working drawings, working with contractors, preparing design proposals, planning applications and feasibility studies. Salary for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant position in Harrogate ranges from £26,000 to £30,000 depending on previous experience and ability.This is a selection of the company benefits: – (Also many more!)
