Interim Personal Assistant based in Glasgow – 2 month contract Your new companyYour new organisation is a large educational business located in the West End of Glasgow. They are looking for a part time PA to join their business on a temporary basis. Working hours would be 17.5 hours – working over 5 days per week Your new roleYour role as a PA would involve: being primary point of contact for Senior Leadership, provision of administrative services, travel and accommodation booking, activity planning, preparing documents, presentations and reports and assisting with the implementation of streamlined processes to help improve service at all stages.What you’ll need to succeedTo succeed in this role you will have 1-2 years demonstrated experience working in a Personal Assistant/Office Manager position.What you’ll get in returnIn addition to a competitive hourly rate, you will be paid weekly through an efficient online timesheet process and will also receive expert advice from a Hays consultant providing support and guidance throughout the duration of your contract.
