A market-leading national consultancy at the forefront of modern work practices is currently looking to add to their development team in Birmingham. In line with their current growth strategies, the partnership is now looking for a Senior Associate or Partner to join their team in Birmingham.

The team work on some of the largest and most exciting projects across the West Midlands for an impressive list of clients, including blue-chip companies, developers, and public authorities. They are looking for an experienced leader capable of developing the team and providing a complete development advisory service, including appraisals, feasibility analysis, agency, and partnership structuring.

Requirements:

• MRICS Chartered (minimum 5 years)
• RICS Registered Valuer
• Experience in Urban Development
• Experience managing or training junior team members
