You will be working on a full-time permanent basis, working 40 hours per week in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £24,100 Plus Excellent Benefits! An exciting opportunity has arisen for a People Administrator to join our busy HR team. The role will assist in providing a pragmatic, accurate and comprehensive day-to-day administration service, dealing with routine HR queries and providing a full administration service across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities for the People Administrator will include: Undertake the start to end administration processes for new starters, leavers and contractual changes. Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll documentation including updating the HR system and passing relevant information to the Payroll Department. Scanning and filing of documentation on the electronic Personnel files. Ensure that data on the HR Information System is maintained. What we are looking for in our ideal People Administrator: A good level of education, strong administration experience along with good IT literacy including Outlook, Word & Excel. A strong team player with a highly organised and methodical approach, you ll have the ability to coordinate, manage and balance multiple projects and meet deadlines, and provide an outstanding HR administration service to the business.
