People Systems Lead, £400 – £450 per day, inside IR35

I am currently working with a public sector client looking for a People Systems Lead to manage the BAU Team for ERP. This role will be hybrid working in Birmingham. Being able to get to site location is key.

• People Systems Manager
• 6 Month contract possible to extend to 12 months
• £400 to £450 to candidate Inside IR35
• Hybrid working – 1 to 2 days in the office

Role details:

• This role is managing 8 people who also manage teams.
• Work on Triage of Oracle queries so this role would be to field the out to the relevant team
• Look after people structure changes, allow relevant/correct access to systems to users.
• Liaise with budgeting team Roles and security team
• control what access they give to users, what access do they need Maintaining Oracle systems and maximising what it can do.
• Be an advocate of what the system can do as is.
• HR, People and Oracle experience will be ideal as well as being a Support/Leadership/Guidance/Adviser to what the system can do.
