This post is key to the Association’s approach to continuous service improvement. The post holder will be as comfortable tracking progress against targets, while working alongside colleagues, using a range of tools to identify causal links between service delivery and outcomes.
Essential criteria includes:
Educated to degree level or other relevant data analysis qualification or demonstrable relevant experience in this area.
Experience of managing performance systems, processes, and detailed knowledge of performance management systems reporting and data analysis.
Experience in collating, quality assurance, manipulating and reporting on data for senior management.
Experience working within a team.
