Job Title: Sales & Renewals Insurance Partner – 17th July

Location: UK-Portsmouth

Salary: 20,319 pa (plus bonuses)

Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week on a 3-week rotational shift pattern:

• Week 1: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
• Week 2: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm with a half-day on Saturday with a day off in the week in lieu
• Week 3: Monday to Friday 12pm-8pm

Location: Lakeside, Portsmouth

First 4 – 6 weeks Training

Overview:

We are looking for Sales and Renewals Insurance Partners to join our Sales Team based in Portsmouth.

We would like to talk to you if you are looking for a new challenge or looking to kick start your career in an office environment

We are looking for motivated enthusiastic and target driven individuals to sell and renew pet insurance products. Sales experience/experience of working to targets or KPI’s would be an advantage.

However, this is not essential as the aim of Markerstudy is to put the fun into Insurance and we provide first class training and coaching within a supportive environment to help develop your professional career!

Responsibilities:

• What you’ll be doing?

• • Telephony based – generating new business and retaining current customers
  • Successful up selling of additional products and cross selling
  • Finding a solution to match the customer’s needs and demands by overcoming objections
  • Accurate data entry to ensure cover and all policy documentation is correct
  • To sell and renew pet products
  • Upsell and cross sell at every opportunity
  • To identify and maximise sales opportunities and overcome any objections to close the sale
  • Embrace and comply with company values by incorporating the Customer Charter promises
  • Adhere to call scripts and ensure TCF, FCA and all regulatory requirements are met
  • Work towards targets and SLA’s
